电瓶车刹车声可能成为上海新噪声源

记者在武宁路长寿路口等非机动车相对集中的路段看到，每当电瓶车“尖叫”，两位交通协管员都会下意识捂紧耳朵。他们不断提醒骑车人轻捏闸快松手，但不少人依然高速冲刺，猛刹猛停。
刹车越急越刺耳
本市自行车行业<nobr id="key1" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted rgb(102, 0, 255); text-decoration: underline; color: rgb(102, 0, 255); background-color: transparent;" onclick="return kwC();" target="_blank" oncontextmenu="return false;" onmouseover="kwE(event,2, this);" onmouseout="kwL(event, this);" onmousemove="kwM(2);">协会</nobr>的“老法师”李师傅说，刹车材质、车重和车速是产生噪声的主要原因。目前市场上销售的电瓶车的刹车装置有抱刹、胀刹和悬背刹3类。其中，悬背式性能最差，价格最低；胀刹噪声小，但价格昂贵，只有3500元以上的电瓶车才会配用。
为降低成本，电瓶车大多前刹用悬背式，后刹用抱式。车速一旦超过10公里，刹车时所需阻力不 够，便会收缩刹把以增加摩擦力，让人受不了的“吱嘎”声就此响起。此外，电瓶车重量大多限定在40公斤以内，但为“求快”，有些厂家或车主拆除限速电阻， 导致电瓶刹车部件负担过重，发出刺耳响声。
多次点刹可降噪
曹杨、长征、长风、白玉等社区医院的心血管疾病患者中，竟有不少是因刹车噪声而引发疾病；普陀区中心医院近来收治的几位耳疾患者，据说也都与这种新噪声源对内耳神经细胞造成伤害不无关系。据专家称，70到80分贝的声音属于噪声，噪声超过90分贝将明显危害<nobr id="key0" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted rgb(102, 0, 255); text-decoration: underline; color: rgb(102, 0, 255); background-color: transparent;" onclick="return kwC();" target="_blank" oncontextmenu="return false;" onmouseover="kwE(event,0, this);" onmouseout="kwL(event, this);" onmousemove="kwM(0);">健康</nobr>。
